Text Box: Santanu (Sunny) Bhattacharjee, an MS in Computer Science and Engineering, is Director of Technable Solutions, India and Technable Corporation, USA. His 22 years of extensive Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry experience in the USA and in India, spans from hands on systems development and solutions implementation to corporate management and then entrepreneurship. During the tenure he has served MNCs, like Nortel Networks and MCI Worldcom, as well as start ups, in various management, executive and consulting capacities. He has been with equipment manufacturers in architecting and developing switching, routing and transmission systems for voice, data, wireless, advanced intelligent networking and voice over IP. He has also been with service providers in planning and deploying telecom networks, call centers, application services platforms, business automation and connectivity solutions. During the course of his career, he has contributed in standards organizations like ANSI, GSM, IS-41, ITU, etc., in developing world wide telecom and wireless standards and protocols. He has published papers and spoken in IT, Communications and BPO events and forums including at the TELECOM ’89 conference in Geneva,, organized by the International Telecom Union (ITU), Telecom EAST, organized by CII, ITeS-BPO Conclave 2006 organized by NASSCOM and TiE, NICT 2006 organized by NASSCOM and the Telegraph, etc . He has been founder and director of 4 US and 2 Indian companies. Pursuing his current interests, Santanu is spearheading Technable’s initiatives for new economy Workforce Capacity Development.

Dr. Tapan Sengupta, Advisor, Technology identification and implementation, a PhD. in Applied Mathematic; ex-faculty member of New York University, New York. Worked at Telmar Communications, New York on Computational Stochastic Modelling and Software Development; Later worked as Director/Vice President of Merrill Lynch managing various Technology areas like Speech, Client Server, LAN and WAN Development, Network Management, Software Development, Software Architecture and Emerging Technology. For Merrill Lynch Asset Management, Princeton, New Jersey he was responsible for setting up international operations along with Software and Network Management. Set up various offices in Europe, Australia and Asia; Worked in Prudential Financials, Newark, New Jersey as Chief Architect and Vice President responsible for all Web and Client Facing Software Development for Prudential.

Prof. Bhaskar Banerjea, an eminent economist, educationist and administrator has joined Technable as Convenor of its Board of Advisors. Before joining Technable Prof. Banerjee has been Director, Institute of Business Management, Jadavpur University; Chairman, College Service Commission; Director, Netaji Subhash Engineering College; Registrar, Jadavpur University; Deputy General Manager, United Bank of India. Prof. Banerjea, a HR specialist by training and a trainer by profession has had more than Four decades of hands-on-experience in Teaching / Research / Consultancy / Administration / Training in private and public establishments including Colleges / Universities / Institutions of Higher Learning. He has participated in and conducted a number of National and International Seminars and published a number of papers in National and International Journals. His areas of interests are management of change, emotional intelligence and HR audit.

Somnath Pyne, Advisor, CSR implementations; a BE in Civil Engineering and MBA Finance from Jadavpur University; experienced 9 years in implementing infrastructure development projects and then 6 years in implementing grass root level social initiatives.
